  • Review tax data, schools, directions and legal description for accuracy

  • Coordinate RE-21, BB, Rep. Agreement, LBP and seller property disclosure, legal description snippet, MLS Data form, and all documents pertinent to the transaction

  • Update client weekly on transaction progress 

  • Set up and ensure all necessary signatures are obtained on the documents.

  • Upload 100% of documents to Brokerage site

  • Title report and settlement statement reviewed for accuracy and research any adjustments that need to be made

  • Write all documentation as needed and pertinent to the transaction during business hours

  • MLS entry including uploading and organizing photos, public and agent remarks, listing documents and data, CCRs, plat maps, floor plans, features, and maintenance
